Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your return has been inspected and processed.
